Specialist in software process and internet development

I specialize in both RUP and agile processes.  Through this position I have worked at a number of fortune 500 companies, assisting their business analysts in developing better requirements using use cases, RUP, and a variety of tools.   Through my position as independent consultant, I have worked at over twenty companies, mentoring business analysts in writing use cases, coaching them on implementing RUP, assisting in agile practices, defining requirements, eliciting requirements through the latest techniques, and managing requirements with a large variety of tools.  I have also worked directly with a number of developers, helping to apply design patterns and create robust architectures for internet technologies including service oriented architectures.  I’m an OMG Certified UML Professional, an IBM Certified Specialist for both RUP Requirements Management with Use Cases, and a certified SCRUM master.
